Inside Lowes’ High-Tech, High-Cost Estate: ‘Everything Is Worth $50,000’
The first time I went into Lowes in 2012, I was a teenager, so I was pretty nervous.
But I’ve learned from my mistakes, and I’m not ashamed of my mistakes.
The place is like a miniature museum.
I know what I saw, and what I didn’t see.
I’m proud of everything.
But the most important thing is that everyone is treated with respect.
I’ve been there for 20 years.
It’s my place, and it’s my home.
That’s why I want people to know what we’re like, what we do, and how we do it.
We don’t pay for the decor.
I think that’s a shame.
But we do our best.
In this year’s low prices, we’re not paying attention to our customers.
We have a great team here, and the people that we have are amazing.
When you do something right, everyone has a chance.
I was there for three years, but my job is done, and there’s nothing left to do.
I just want to thank you for everything you’ve done for my life. Thank you.
